Shipping Policy

 

Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 


Return & Exchange Policy

 If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date for a prompt refund, subject to the exceptions outlined below.

Refunds for items returned within 30 days of purchase will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original transaction. Prior to returning any item, you must contact us at info@eyeglasssupplystore.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Returns submitted without a valid authorization number cannot be processed.

No Exchanges, Returns, or Refunds on PPE Items: Eyeglass Supply Store does not accept exchanges, returns, or refunds of any kind for personal protective equipment (PPE), regardless of condition (opened, unopened, new, or used). PPE items include, but are not limited to, germicidal wipes, isopropyl alcohol, masks, face coverings, face shields, gloves, and gowns. These items are classified as medical supplies, once they leave our control, cannot be resold or redistributed to other customers. For this reason, all PPE sales are final, with no exceptions.
